IPTV UK terms, refund policy and privacy
The ground rules in plain words: what you are buying, what happens if it will not work for you, and how your details are treated.
Last updated: 30 October 2026
The terms of using IPTV UK
These terms apply to the plans and the free trial offered on this site. Buying a plan, or asking for the trial, means you accept them.
What you are buying
A plan opens up live channels, films and series on the apps and devices listed in the install guide. The four plans differ in length alone, and each one carries everything.
What can shift
The channel and film lists get updated from time to time. Sharpness varies with what you are watching, the television in use and the broadband behind it, and 8K is a ceiling, not a promise for every title. The servers are designed for anti-freeze streaming and a 99.9% uptime target; treat that as design intent, not a guarantee.
Plans and the trial
A plan is paid for once, covers the length you picked and does not renew. The free trial runs for 24 hours, hands out one trial per device and a single go per customer, takes no credit card and closes by itself with nothing charged. The free trial page has the details.
If these terms change
A change shows up as a new date at the top of this page.
IPTV UK prices and payment
Prices are the total you pay at checkout — no extra fees. They are shown in pounds sterling, and the checkout provider takes the payment, so no payment is made on this site itself.
The IPTV UK refund policy
Should support be unable to get the service working for you, you can request a full refund by emailing support@iptv-uk.lol in the first 7 days after purchase. Write from the address you ordered with, and name the device and the app involved.
Once the service is up and running, changing your mind does not qualify for a refund. Do contact support first whenever something misbehaves, because a short email often sorts out a setup detail.
IPTV UK privacy under UK GDPR
This is how personal data is treated, in line with UK GDPR.
What is held
Your email address and the order details we need to deliver the subscription and support it afterwards.
Payment
The checkout provider handles the payment.
Your messages to support
A message you send is kept so that it can be answered.
If you want to complain
If you are unhappy with the way your personal data has been used, you can take it to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK regulator.
Questions about the IPTV UK terms
Questions about any of this can go to support@iptv-uk.lol. The contact page lists what to include, and the home page shows the plans.
